Windy Hill Chiropractic, Mount Vernon, Illinios is owned and operated by Dr. Robert L. Stanley, B.S.,D.C. and his wife/office manager C.S. Stanley, C.T., ACRRT . Dr Stanley is a 1989 graduate of Palmer Collge of Chiropractic, Davenport, Iowa. Palmer College is the world's finest, largest and founding college of the chiropractic profession. Mrs. Stanley is a graduate of Palmers chiopractic technologist program and is a radiologic technician.

Our office is a full service chiropractic office equipped with x-ray and blood work/UA services. Dr. Stanley's treatment techniques are based on Palmer College Philosophy, science and art. Briefly they include 'Palmer Package' including Diversified, Thompson Technique, Gonstead, Pierce-Stillwagon and Toggle Recoil.

While at Palmer College, Dr. Stanley became certified in Activator Methods Technique, a low force technique. Also while at Palmer, Dr. Stanley became certified in 'Extremity Adjusting' and 'Reasearch Methods'. Dr. Stanley, while at Palmer became certified in "Erhardt X-ray Seminars", a 100 hour course in the speciality field of X-ray in Spinal and Skeletal Disorders taught by Dr. Russell Erhardt, D.C., D.A.C.B.R. before his death. While at Palmer, Dr. Stanley was personally instructed by such teachers as Dr. Vernon Pierce of Pierce -Stillwagon technique, Dr. J. Clay Thompson of Thompson technique, Dr. Burl Pettibon of Pettibon technique and received his chiropractic philosophy from none other than Virgil Strang, D.C., considered by many to be the father and dean of chiropractic philosophy and the author of the text "Chiropractic Essentials."Dr. Stanley is a great believer in and utilizes nutritional concepts and products in his practice.
